The highest honor that a club or district can bestow through Mid-South Lions Sight and Hearing Service is named for the organization's first president, Edwin Dalstrom.  Lions Clubs can honor a club member or a member of their community with this prestigious award by making a $1,000 contribution to Mid-South.  To name a Dalstrom simply download the application by clicking the Dalstrom trophy below, fill it out, and mail to our office.  If your club has already donated $1,000 to Mid-South during the fiscal year for which you are seeking the award, no additional contribution is required.  If not, please send a check for $1,000 with the Dalstrom form.
